I’m Stephen Floyd, a Performance Nutritionist and I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the highest-level elite athletes in the world.

Having worked with the likes of Everton Football Club, Northern Ireland Football Club and Professional Boxers like Sean McComb, Paddy Barnes and Tyrone McKenna you get to look at nutrition through a different lens.

These athletes aren’t eating to lose weight, they’re eating for performance.

They eat to fuel their body so that their body serves them in their respected sport.

You may or may not be an athlete, but you are a human with a body to serve through nutrition.

And that’s the ‘position’ we all have to play in the role of health.

Here's How Nutrition Coaching Works...

CONSULTATION

In our initial consultation we will establish where you are currently at with your nutrition in relation to the goals you wish to achieve.

From here we will identify the challenges and barriers you face that are currently stopping you from reaching these goals and what actions we need to take to change these.

ONBOARDING

Once you sign up, you will then fill out an on boarding form. This will provide me with the information need to personalise your nutrition strategy to you. It will also ensure that the advice and recommendations going forward are tailored around your work schedule, training schedule and your food preferences.

NUTRITION STRATEGY

Your calorie and macronutrient targets will then be set which will be conducive to your goals and factored around your dietary analysis. We will work together to find a strategy which will not only be suited to your lifestyle, but one that will be sustainable.

When you consider that 95% diets fail within 3 years, sustainability will become the core to our strategy which doesn’t restrict or devoid you from balance in your diet.

WEEKLY CHECK-IN

Accountability will play a key part to your success on this journey which is why throughout the week I will check in with you to see how you are getting on with your diet.

You will also receive an optional zoom check in every 2nd week where we will review the previous week and discuss each element of your nutrition to ensure you continue to make progress and to go into each week with a clear plan of action.

Very few services will offer a zoom consultation every 2 weeks. Therefore, you can be guaranteed a premium service!

CLIENT PORTAL

All clients also get access to a portal which is filled with world class education. From webinars, recipes, commonly asked questions, on top of our weekly check ins, you will have all the tools needed to really maximise your results.

The portal is updated each week with recipes and webinars on a variety of different topics (Fat loss, muscle building, performance, recovery).

There is no doubt that by the end of the programme your nutrition knowledge will be took to another level!

Extending this element of accountability further, should you need any help prior or after the check in, you will have access to my personal mobile number where you can ask me anything, at any time.

The short answer is no. What happens if you fancy a different meal from the plan, or don’t have the ingredients to make the meal or maybe you are on the go and don’t have time. When these things happen you don’t have the education to come up the solutions.

Yes, there are example diet plans within the portal but i help you become fully self sufficient with your nutrition. Through education, support and guidance and helping you take ownership so you have all the tools needed to know exactly what to eat and when depending on your goals and your schedule day to day.

12 weeks but most client stay for 6 months as clients goals changes from reducing body fat to building muscle.

People think they need to give up drink and avoid social occasions to get results. Of course, it can help by reducing alcohol but are you going to give up drink and avoid social occasions for the rest of your life? Of course not, thats why I help teach you how to plan and navigate for events so you can have a social life and still get results

Most programmes give generic meal plans as a lot of online coaches aren’t qualified nutritionists. As a qualified nutritionist and having experience  working with elite level athletes in professional sports as well as having a Masters degree in Sports Nutrition, you can guarantee that the advice and information provided is not just evidenced based but personalised to you and your goals.
